I'm encouraged that there are some smart people doing things smarter. One particular billboard I pass on my way home from a commute to NJ always makes me smile.

It's a billboard for Cingular that sits at the end of the bridge that flows from Exit 6 on the NJ turnike to PA. It advertises Cingular as having the fewest dropped calls. Every time when I pass that bridge and I'm on a cell call, my T-Mobile call drops off. It tempts me to look at Cingular when my contract runs out and I think that's a great, functional, well thought out placement of a billboard.
