I got 2 responses to a Craigslist posting on the Manilla Jobs section. I posted that I was looking to build a web development team. One reply came from India. For now, I turned the guy down because I really am looking to build a presence in the Philippines. I'm looking to build a team of my own making and possibly down the road have something that would provide opportunities for members of my own family (I have like 30 first cousins).

My second reply came from a web designer in the Philippines. I replied back for him to send his resume and salary expectations. I think I'll test him out by giving him the job of improving my mom's foundation site. If that works, I'll ask him to do my mom's and aunt's spa.

A little down the line, I'll repost my message with some more specifics.
