Goals
1. Clearly define 'the problem' and form 'committees' that discuss and implement long term solutions. Provide a point based system for participation so we can use it to report which are the hottest topics. Perhaps the Digg.Com model is appropriate - need a model maybe based on #of comments or #of followers. I'd like to identify the strongest contributors so I can harness their energy and convince them that with their help, change is inevitable.
2. Social network - have friends - We want people from the same school, country, or stage in the process to join together and organize against this cause.

Product Backlog
1. Install modules we are going to use: Organic Groups, GMAP, Mollom, Page Titles, Path Auto, Add This, More Like This, CCK RDF, EVOC, SPARQL, Relations, Views GroupBy, Views Charts (and dependencies),
2. Extended Profiles - would like to create a richer profile of FTDs - what school they went to, what state they live in, stage in the ADA licesure process (Inactive, NBDE Part I, NBDE Part II, Dental Boards, American University Program - collect which university). We should allow pictures, maybe also display a map of where they are. We might use CCK or the info in the Social Networking book.
3. Organic Groups Setup - use the Committees from the presentation as the groups. 1 group should be ForeignTrainedDentists.Org newsletter.
4. Backup of site and procedure for doing so. Create a test environment - we will be working on features in test and then promoting them to the live site afterwards. Also, I should have the SQL and Drupal directory zipped so I can restore even if Bluehost goes down/out of business.
5. Using View Charts / View GroupBy, I would like some graphs of different things starting with number of Users. We should start collecting information on what state users live in so we can do fancier breakdowns of data.
6. A social network diagram that illustrates the network we are trying to build - use case style possibly. Work with Anthony back and forth.
7. Enhanced SEO - We need to own the foreign trained dentists search term in Google. We also want to expand to things like dental reform. I need someone to put RDF data sets on our pages (CCK RDF, SPARQL, Pathauto)

- Profile page for Carla Tayao - Masters in Social Work - to study the policy aspects.

9. Drupal For Facebook - Tie in posts to our groups to the IADA group I'm a part of in Facebook. We can try using my facebook account or create a new one. I need someone to play the role of integration with Facebook. Also, we should allow IADA members to login to our site using their facebook account.
10. Twitter - we should create a foreign trained dentists twitter account and use the twitter module.

1. Drupal for Facebook - Martin / Marc to assist
- Use the account Cristina creates to establish a Facebook account
- Create a Foreign Trained Dentists group on Facebook
- Have posts on our site copy to the facebook group / can post to our facebook group be reflected on our site as well?
- Set it up so our twitter status updates update this users facebook status
- Look into allowing people to login to our site using their facebook account
2. Twitter - Cristina
- Establish a improveUSdentalcare@foreigntraineddentists.org email on bluehost website.
- Install Twitter module
- Establish a twitter account for this email address and tie posts to the address
- Tie posts on our website to twitter status
3. Google Adsense - Brian
- Can you put something on the right hand side so we can start collecting some sort of ad revenue
4. Google Gmap - Brian
- Can you see if you can figure out how to tie the state people are living in (extended profile - add 50 states and Washington D.C.) to a GMAP - place a thumb tac on the places people are. For instance, Melissa lives in Pennsylvania..
5. Open up the site to Open ID - Marc
- Tesit it. People with an open id account should be able to login to our site.
6. Social aggregation - Use Feeds API to show content from other blogs
- As your test case use: http://foreigntraineddentist.blogspot.com/ RSS feed.
- See if you can contact her and see if she wouldn't mind giving us some pointers on our site - Let her know we are streaming her feed.
7. Taxonomy and Tagadelic - Sheila
- I've written a number of articles on the site, I'd like to get a tag cloud going for them
- Try to use some of Miss Aimee's tips on coming up with related vocabularies for the site.
- Tag as many of the articles. Include locational tags like for instance the woman who wrote about being trained in Europe could have a Europe tag.
- Review some of foreigntraineddentists.org google analytics reports too to see some of the terms and even states people most frequently visit from.
8. Mollom - Sheila
- Implement Mollom to prevent spam on articles
9. Completion of Sprint I assignments - ALL
- Move all work Sprint I functionalty to Live Site (Sometimes it's better if somone other than the developer does it following instructions from the developer).
- I'd like to see graphs completed.
- I'd like to see RDF implemented (perhaps it could be an RDF dataset of our website navigation links or and RDF of foreign dental schools or and RDF of dental anatomy). Eventually, these data sets should show up as extra links when people search for us on Google.
