  • We are introduced with the participating NGO's and we are divided into groups - one group per NGO
  • In terms of groupings, Cristina and I were assigned to the Amihan NGO, Sheila had a one-on-one tutorial with Sir J and was assigned to the Asian Peasant NGO, Bryan was assigned to the Nurses Christian Fellowship and Martin was assigned with the tobacco-related NGO

Modules:

  • CCK
  • Views and its optimization of use
  • Teaser
  • AJAX relared modules
  • Image

Themes:

  • customized/ edited/ hacked themes with reference with the NGO's preferences
  •  themes from theme garden / Drupal site

Miscellaneous:

  • It was so much fun
  •  Mr. Angelo Ancheta wasn't able to come because he was sick since the day before the Code Sprint. I contacted him through text Saturday morning before we went to the Code Sprint
  •  Some of the cool people that we met are the ones who came from Cebu - they create their own modules to satisfy what they need, one was a module that allows embedding of flash in a popup message that will eventually be submitted as a contributed module, a hardcore woman Drupaller - she created this site (http://lcc.ph/) through Drupal within 24 hours, Sir Noel Colina - the one who taught the Drupal basics and some tips and tricks and Sir J.
  • Like Sir J said in his e-mail, he would want to continue the project for the NGO's and asked for a collaboration.
  • We have taken a few pictures for the documentation and will be uploaded online soon.
